Messaging for Guests
When will the host family respond to my message?
Once a guest sends a message to a host on Ojisu’s messenger, the host family will receive an email notification. They will then be able to log into their Ojisu account and respond to your question when they can. We can’t guarantee an exact timeframe in which they will reply, but we will encourage them to respond in a timely manner.
